I am having trouble with connecting my wireless printer?

A message always pops up when I press "add printer". I have an EPSON XP-420 printer and my laptop is a Lenovo Y70. The message says "The Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable." I don't know what that means or how to fix it,
