Why can it not install Netflix on my pc?

Why can it not install Netflix on my pc?
Added (1). I have a Lenovo Laptop with Windows 8.1 and recently rebooted it. I am trying to reinstall Netflix from Windows Store, but right after I click on download, a window pops up with a bar showing the progress of the download. It appears as pending and it never charges. Not even after a day. WHat can I do to get Netflix on my PC?
