Lenovo laptop just blinking its logo? Urgent?

I was resetting my laptop, when all of a sudden it said "we had a problem." So I just like "continue" and it began to restart. Not its just doing its logo for 5 seconds, going black for 5 seconds, and repeating.

Is it just gathering its info?
