I'm looking for a good Graphic Design Computer, any advice?

Hi, I have been searching for the past couple weeks for a All in One Desktop that I can use at home (as I already have a laptop that I use for most of my work) I would use it for Graphic Design and I recently bought a pen tablet from Wacom that I want to hook up to it. Any suggestions? I am in the $700 or lower price range, and I do not want to use Mac. Been looking at Lenovo or HP.
