Which laptop should i buy?!

Hi guys, i am searching a laptop for my dad who is a interior designer…

i prefer dell and lenovo and my budget is about 35,000 INR

i got some sugeestions to buy a 2 in 1 laptop or with touch screen or both together
but my tells me to buy both together which looks more attractive

what should i choose?\

my expected specs are:

4 gb of ram
i3 core
windows 8 or 8.1 or free upgrade to 10
touch
wifi bluetooth
usb card reader

note: laptops from india only. Online shopping is also okay
