What AMD driver is compatible for Windows 10?

Microsoft just notified me that I can reserve my free windows 10 upgrade. But when I checked my pc, it said that my AMD Radeon HD 8400 and my Bluetooth Audio Device might not work with Windows 10. Uhm, can I install another driver that will work with windows 10? Or this driver is like, permanently installed in my computer? Help me please. Thank you.

PS. My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad:)
Added (1). Is there any possibilty that I can upgrade windows 8.1 with windows 10?
