Setting up a new computer help?

Hi I am installing a brand new computer, a Lenovo H50 with a new monitor, keyboard, etc. When I first turned on the computer, it loaded then stated, "To install Windows, close Setup and restart the installation." Then I just pressed enter on my keyboard and the computer restarted. Now the computer is stuck on "Setup is preparing your computer for first time use." Please help! Thank you
