PC slow after rolling back to Windows 8.1 from Windows 10?

I have a Lenovo G50-30 and I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 which a few days later I decided to rollback to Windows 8.1 but now after rolling back my computer has become incredibly slow.

Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?
