Do I have everything I need to get the MSI Nvidia Gtx 960 Gaming 2 GB PCI-E Graphics Card?

I have a lenovo 2561 H20S PC with Intel(R) HD Graphics. I don't know what the power supply is or where to find it. Any other requirements to get this graphics card?
