What is the best way to connect/setup 2 VGA monitors with a Laptop and a Macbook?

I have a Latop ( Lenovo T420 that has 1 display port,1 VGA ) and a macbook pro that has a mini display port and 2 monitors that are only VGA. What is the best combination of adapters that I can use that will enable me to switch between the laptop and the macbook? Help please
