The best smartphone in India under INR13000?

i m not just counting on specs and features but also the user experience,things like battery,lagging,hanging and heating. Also i m a little bit confused on whether to go for chinese or not(no service centre for chinese makers like lenovo,xiaomi or moto in my city)
