My Bluetooth driver is broken on my desktop?

For some reason my Bluetooth driver is not working. Windows 10 said it shut it off. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it thought the Lenovo website and I also tried using thr built in Lenovo app that updates drivers. Nothing is working. At the same time I am experiancing really slow start up times. Please help!
