My Lenovo ideapad 100s shows a blank screen on the desktop? How can I fix it?

I was on Facebook watching a video and the screen turned black all of the sudden and I thought the battery ran out so I plugged in the charger and tried to turn it on with the the power button but only the white screen shows up and I can't acces anything and I can turn off it with the powe button either please someone help
