My Lenovo B50-80 laptop has black/flickering screen? How do I fix it?

My Lenovo B50-80 laptop won t boot. Shortly after the Lenovo logo appears it begins flickering and the screen goes black. It flickers and sometimes allows me to use the mouse, but I can t do anything because the screen is black. It lets me use safe mode fine in I press f8. I have tried to restore Windows but it still doesn t work unless in safe mode. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Many thanks!
