How to get get past the opening load page right before you sign into your computer?

I have a Windows 8 Lenovo laptop, and it got a lot of viruses and it was really laggy so one. Day I decided I would restart it so I did. But more viruses started to come again so I restarted it again, but last minute I decided I wanted to cancel that restart so I did but I couldn t go back to the normal paw where you could choose to go on apps or the Internet blah blah blah… So I just chose the option reinstall Windows 8 and I did but it won t let me get past the loading page right before you sign into your computer, it just keeps reloading and saying preparing automatic repair, diagnosing your PC, then it just keeps reloading! What do I do?
