Could Indesign cs6 be the reason why my internet is running ridiculously slow on google chrome? Laptop Lenovo?

The pages on google chrome will not load at all! This wasn't the case before I downloaded the free trial version of Indesign

What should I do to get it to run faster? How do I clear cache/memory, will it make a significant difference?

I need Indesign for one of my college courses!
