Best gaming laptop under $710?

I am getting a laptop and I am trying to decide what one I am going to get. I won't spend more than $750. I don't like small screen sizes and I don't mind having a larger heavier laptop. I been looking at Asus ROG computers and they seem pretty good. I want a computer with a disk drive. I like playing games like Sims 3, Minecraft and that sort of thing. I want my games to run at high FPS. I HATE lag. Lenovo has got some sales going on right now, but I'm not real sure what one is for me.
Added (1). I been doing some more looking around and I found a refurbished HP - ENVY 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive at Best Buy for $729.99. How good is this computer?
