When 202 gb of ssd is running out, what happens to the laptop?

i bought a lenovo laptop last week, that had 202gb of ssd storage. It doesn't have any HDD storage. In a matter of 1 week i only have 60gb left. I didn't download much a 13gb file, 1.5gb file and skype. Why am i running out of GB so fast? And if i do, what happens? How can i get HDD storage?
