I do not receiving Windows 7 ultimate updates?

I am Windows 7 ultimate lover from last 6 years, recently I have installed windows 7 in my system, which? Is Lenovo x61, this laptop install WiFi driver by default, and after this I usually go to control panel and the last option windows update, I click on that and automatically received updates from Microsoft for examples security drivers, graphic drivers etc etc… But this time I am not receiving anything, looks like it’s just searching this it, can anyone guide me please.
