Cheap laptop able to run Csgo?

I have been playing csgo on my brothers chrome book when he comes home from college and am now looking to purchase a laptop for as cheap as possible that can run csgo. The only recommendation I have received is an IdeaPad. Any or thoughts or recommendations? P.S. Used laptops off eBay are okay
