Can I run AC Unity and Wither 3 on this laptop?

It's a Y700 14" from lenovo.

This one has
Intel Core i7-6700HQ Processor (2.60GHz 1600MHz 6MB)

8.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L 1600 MHz

AMD Radeon R9 M375 2GB

500gb 5400 rpm hdd

It's going for $749 right now on student discount an I only have $810 to spend.

I don't care about fps but low to med settings is fine.
