What s wrong with my windows 10 Lenovo?

Well, I m sure a virus or two or several dozen have been released into it. I first noticed an issue when I was trying to download steam but it wouldn t download. The Internet was being flakey, and then it just wouldn t recognize any networks. I decided to try resetting the whole thing to factory settings because it s fairly new, just a few spreadsheets and apps on it.
So when I tried to do a system restore, it said there was a problem resetting your PC. I ve tried hard booting it but it either goes to the login screen or turns back off when I start up.
Is geek squad my last hope?
