Lenovo phone freezes when making international calls?

Whenever I try to make international calls through my lenovo A328 the screen suddenly freezes when the call comes through, it's really annoying, I usually end up having to restart the phone(By taking out the battery and putting it back) just to get back the function of the screen ;( help please…
