How to import all of my music from my iPod to iTunes?

Four days ago, I got a new Lenovo laptop for my birthday. There was, however, one substantial problem: my new laptop does not have a disc drive. So, because of that, I cannot insert my CDs to create my music library.

Is there a much simpler (and cheaper) way which I can import all my music?
