How to reset my lenovo laptop? - 1

I tried the F11 method but it did not work, is there any other ways of resetting it? Its says on the box Lenovo G50-45, Model name 80E3, I'm sorry I don't know much about computers so I don't really know how to specify it. I wanna reset it to factory settings.Is there any thing else I can try besides the F11 method? I would say the OS but I don't know what it is.
