Will too low memory bandwidth affect my gpu performance?

Okay so im planning to buy a new laptop. I am a casual gamer but i want games to run smoothly at least at medium settings. So i was looking at lenovo z51-70 it has r9 m375 gpu in it. Its bettter than gtx 850m in every aspect except memory bandwidth. Will it affect the gaming performance too much?
