Please suggest me good laptop between these two?

I m clg student I have found this Asus X554LD-XX616D (i3 4th Gen/ 2GB/ 500GB/ 1GB Garph/ Free DOS) but there is no description whether the ram size can be upgraded or not(I want to add 4 gb ram) if yes suggest me between

Lenovo G50-70 59-442243 (Ci3/ 4GB/ 1TB/ DOS) [after adding 4gb ram tot-8gb] with Intel HD graphics 4400 and

previous Asus one[after adding 4gb ram tot-6gb] with 1 GB DDR3 nvidia GF 820M

I mainly use this for programming.
software's I will be using android studio,blender,unity 3d.,Photoshop,eclipse…
