Is the lenovo yoga 2 tablet 8 running windows good as a tablet?

I was thinking of buying the nexus 9 but i wanted a lightweight good battery ultraportable Windows 10 Tablet, is the yoga 2 tablet 8" gonna preform well for apps like minecraft and youtube and browsing the web and playing games and stuff?
