Google is not supported by your device?

I have a lenovo phone and my dad bought it from china

He gave it to me with no google apps whatsoever and i really want to install games

How do i fix this? Everytime i download google play service it says "google is not supported by your device" and everytime i install google apps

When dad gave it to me it doesnt have any market

Its really annoying please answer asap 5 stars for those who can fix this
