Should I buy a smart tv or a camera or save up for a laptop?

I still have those tube tv's lol and mine is starting to turn off on it's own so it's time for a new tv. I recently sold my t2i canon camera because i never used it and I wished i had bought a smaller one. Now this summer im going to "try" to do a lot of stuff and now i need a camera but a smaller one (so i dont really regret selling the other one, but now im cameraless and my phone sucks. I did my research and the camera i want costs $350 and the smart tv costs $200-300. I dont really watch tv, only at night but i would like to use it to sometimes watch netflix and crank up some music since it'll have internet (i dont really want a webcam on it). I withdrawled all of my money from the bank (only $400 lolol). I also really want to buy this laptop (a lenovo think pad) for when i transfer out of my community college and go to a 4-year but i still have 1 more year left before i transfer so i have a 1 year to save up money, so the laptop can wait (it will cost around $1500 if i buy the microsoft office stuff and all the other accessories).
