My lenovo c540 touch wont turn on at all. What can I do?

I press the power button to turn it on and it lights on white for like 2 seconds then the light shuts off but the screen doesn t turn on at all. Also the monitor light on/off indicator is on its a white light. I tried to turn it on safe mode but it doesn t work and i unplugged it for 15 seconds but its not working. It did have a lot of virus so maybe that s it too?
