My laptop colors are messed up. Can I fix this?

I have a Lenovo Y-40 laptop, which is great, but the colors are a bit faded/light. Seeing as I do a lot of graphic design work, it's a bit hard to deal with. My customers are usually unsatisfied with the colors, which leads to less business. Is there a way I can change the colors to normal? Xoxo.
