Laptop came with a defective keyboard?

Its a refurbished Lenovo t520. The keyboard plain doesn't work. I ordered it on amazon.

It has a one year warranty. Do you think i should continue dealing with the same seller and get one that works, or should i drop them? The thing is the laptop is at a really good price. Maybe thats why though…
