How to detect an active keylogger in my company laptop?

Good Day,

I'm currently Lenovo G480 company issued laptop.

1. My concern is whether this laptop has any keylogger or not.

Is there a specific kind of software designed to counter such programs?

2. From a guy coming from a non IT background, another concern of mine is this.

Are there other other types of surveillance softwares (aside from keyloggers) that do exist and come in a different name?

Added (1). I'm not violating any company policy.

We are told not to access any personal stuff on the net during work.

It's just that I access my email, facebook and other personal accounts using this laptop after work.

My colleagues does that as well and they believe that our company is ethical and will not do such monitoring activity on us. But I still have doubts otherwise.
