Which phone should I buy?

Well…. I have 2 phones in mind and want to buy one of them. Please look at the specs of the phones and tell me which phone should I go for. The phones are: 1) htc desire 626g+, 2) htc desire 816g. Also can someone please tell me that is htc desire 820s worth the price?
