UPS mail innovations so slow?

So i ordered a lenovo x315 on april 29th from best buy and it shipped on april 30th. I paid extra so it would arrive faster and the ETD was May 5th. It is now may 25th and on the tracking site its stuck at May 1st electronic shipment information received for package by postal office. I live in okinawa japan and have a APO address. I have ordered with amazon many times and the orders arrive here 1-2 weeks max. Could my order been a lost shipment?
