When I type in password, screen pops up showing message?

Okay. So I have this laptop, it's a Lenovo and it's windows 8. Whenever I turn it on, I type in the passowrd, and it shows this message. Idk what to do. Whenever I hit OK or the X, it makes the screen go completely black! Do I need to go to the local computer guy and get him to reset it or can I fix it myself?
I'm only 14 and kinda scared to tell my parents.-.
