Ok I want a PC that can run games on high settings without any lag and can last for more than 5 years. Here's my two choices:
ASUS Desktop with:
Intel Core i3-3227U Processor 3.5 GHz( cache)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745; 8GB DDR3
1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
Windows 8.
It's only 700$ but the i3 just throws me off and GTX 745? Is it even gonna last for 2 more years?

AMD A10-7850K Processor 3.7 GHz( cache)
12GB DDR3
2048 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, 8 GB Solid State Drive
Windows 8.1
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 high-performance graphics
This is 800 bucks but is it good? Is it's processor better than or same as i7? Oh and never heard of its graphic card. Help. Can both of them run games like WoW on untra high?
