Is a ThinkCentre M83 a good computer for these games?

So I am thinking of getting a computer for gaming and thinking of getting a ThinkCentre M83(only $330) and was wonder if it is a good gaming PC and if it could run these and recent games and similar(by similar I mean around the same graphical capabilities and such).
