I have a lenovo laptop with windows 8. I am really starting to get into Videography and video editing, and am currently using Windows Movie Maker. I would like to make an upgrade and use something with more options and can do more things, (for example, reverse, filters, and putting 2 or more shots in the same time) I was looking at Final Cut pro, is that only for apple computers though? Are there any alternatives? I am only willing to pay $200 or less. I just need advice about these programs! Thanks!
