im trying to play call of duty MW2 on my laptop. Is there anyway i can get my laptop to run faster/. I have a lenovo y-40. It has a radeon r9 m275x 4GB ram. 12 GB ram, intel i-7 4510u 3.1 ghz. I have all specs on ultra but i still see a little bit of lag. Is there any way i can boost its performance. Also can i swap out my r9 m275x for a r9 m290x in my laptop? Because i was told its fully custom.
