I have an Android Z992 and a Lenovo that runs Windows 8. I used to be able to bluetooth pictures to and from either, and I could access my file on my phone through the charger cable, but now I can do neither. There is no alert when I try to bluetooth stuff. It just says transfer failed. When I try to access the files through the cord it says it cannot access remote bluetooth files and that the device may be off, even if it's not. Is there a way to fix this?
