My Lenovo IdeaPad U430 Touch laptop will not start up correctly. Normally, it shows the Lenovo symbol and a looping loading symbol. Now it just shows the Lenovo symbol alone. The laptop also emits short, even beeps about 2 or 3 seconds apart while on this screen. It beeps exactly 30 times before then showing the following message:

What does it mean? Is this something I can fix at home or will I need to get my laptop professionally repaired? Thanks.
