Does the Lenovo Yoga 720 15-IKB support an eGPU?

I have a Lenovo Yoga 720 15-IKB, the model WITHOUT the GTX 1050 graphics card. I would like to know if it supports an eGPU e.g the Akitio Node thunderbolt 3 eGPU.
