I own a Lenovo K55VD laptop and it's not switching on. The Power light comes on, including charger light and wifi light, but the screen won't start and it doesn't seem to be booting up. This will only happen if the charger is plugged in too. I tried to order a new battery and charger but that didn't help either. I did spill some water over the keyboard while ago, but that was a year before it stopped working. I was told by someone that the motherboard had died and it's unfixable.
What do you think has stopped working and if it is the motherboard, can it be repaired?
