So I've had my laptop since Christmas and I've been watching movies and TV shows with Cyberlink since then and it never gave me a problem. Now, randomly, I went to watch a movie and when the Cyberlink thing opens, it stays on the welcome screen and freezes, and won't let me play my DVD. I've tried it with four different DVDs to see if they were the problem, but none of them worked. Can I fix this? I really want to watch True Blood lol. My Lenovo Ideapad came with Cyberlink, if that does anything. If I can't fix it, Is there another DVD thing I can download for free that actually works? Please Help.
