I used to be able to put any disk - movie or video game - into my laptop's disk drive, and it would work; now it doesn't.
I sent the laptop to Lenovo a few weeks ago because of a hard drive crash, to which they replaced with a new drive. Is it possible they could have done something?
If not, how can I fix this issue?
Added (1). I don't get any error messages of any kind. I put a disk in, and it whirs like it's going to do something, then it stops whirring and nothing happens.
