How to make portable media device as direct internal mass storage?

Hi friend's i have a lenovo k5 note smartphone. The thing is i have accidently deleted some photos and now i want to recover them. I searched for some recovery app in play store but most of them app says you need to root your phone. My phone is not rooted as i tried some rooting apps like kingoroot,oneclickroot etc. But in that too they say for now root is not availabe for your device, when it's available we will notify you.So i searched for some softwares which can recover data without root. I founded them but they were of pc, i need to connect my phone via usb cable. When i connected my phone to pc via usb cable it doesn't show internal mass storage.It is showing portable media device and when i double click on it i seen internal mass storage. The internal mass storage is not showing directly.It is first showing portable media device and under it internal mass storage though i select any option from my phone like MTP, MIDI, USB CHARGING, USB DEBUGG and CAMERA PTP. Because of this the software is not able to detect the internal mass storage so that i can recover my photos. I will also add the image of my computer that after connecting the phone to pc how it shows.So, if there is any solution please tell. Thank You
