Windows 10 Bluetooth tab Missing?

The bluetooth tab is missing and I cant use my wireless headphones. It's been there before. My computer is a Lenovo Ideacnentre 700 with built in bluetooth. I've tried everything on the internet but nothing works. I've tried reinstalling drivers, restarting exactly 13 times, looking through my computer's manual, looking at thousands of youtube tutorials with no luck. They all say go into device manager and enable bluetooth but that never works. Help me
