Can I use this PC for gaming?

Hello, I am currently searching for a new PC, out with the old in with the new! I am a gamer, but my girlfriend is not, so I don't want a gaming PC exactly. I was looking around for refurbished PC bundles (includes monitor, keyboard, and mouse) for under $500.00 and came across this:

Dell Optiplex 7010 Small Form Factor Desktop

Specifications:

Specifications:

Form Factor: Small Form Factor
Processor Speed (Up To Ghz): 3 to 3.9 GHz
RAM Capacity: 8GB
All in One Desktop: Yes
Touch Screen Enabled: No
Windows OS Version: Windows 10 Professional
Hard Drive Capacity: 2TB
Processor Type: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2Ghz
Desktop Includes Monitor: Yes
Desktop Refurbished: Yes
Computer Operating System: Windows

Now as for the graphics or any other hardware I have no clue because the description doesn't go that far into detail.

What I would like to know is:

1.) Would this PC be capable of playing games with at least a decent amount of frames per second? Little lag? And lastly, decent graphics?

2.) I play games like DayZ Standalone on a regular basis with a really old rig straight out of the box from 2009 with integrated GPU and have all graphics on low, very low, or disabled, and get around 18-25 fps in that game. Would this PC be better since it is an i5 processor using new technology?
Added (1). Also if this one is just horrible for gaming, do you have any recommendations for a PC (preferably bundled with at least mouse and keyboard) for under $500?
